Gails area of expertise is predominately retail fashion, Human Resources, general sales roles, not for profit organizations and the franchise sector. Corporate life was 24/7 mentally and an alternative for a better work life balance had to be possible.

Paul Hanke, MD, Network Health & Social Care
Paul Hanke, the Managing Director of Network Health & Social Care, has a formidable and impressive background in healthcare recruitment. Originally working for the NHS, Paul broadened his industry experience heading up private and independent healthcare organisations in the UK, Europe and USA. In 2001 he returned to the UK and launched Pertemps Healthcare, one of the largest and most successful healthcare recruitment businesses in Britain today.
Jim Smith, CNA International
Jim Smith has owned his CNA International recruitment business since 2001. Jim’s area of expertise is Banking & Financial Services, operating across the UK and Internationally. “I was a Bank Manager. At the time of leaving I was a Senior Manager responsible for about 130 people including 23 Managers across a geographical patch in North London."
Disha Solanki, CNA International
Disha Solanki opted to invest in her own CNA International recruitment business in September 2008 after much research. A former project manager in the pharmacy sector, Disha decided it was time to change. Having climbed as high as she could within her organisation the only chance for progression was to work for another company. If she was going to leave she would rather work for herself.

Originally trained by James Caan, well known entrepreneur and Dragon of the UK TV show Dragons Den. Gavin’s first venture into the franchise World was through James Caan’s Humana International.
